Emergency juddering pipes
Jason responded to my early morning call quickly, I was thankful to find someone so helpful after I was woken by an emergency following a local mains shut down during the night, the stopcock was also stuck and I couldn’t shut off the water, he came and dealt with it all that morning within 1.5 hour and has also made the stopper more accessible for me in future. I am going to book a boiler service and a replacement tap with him soon as he was so reliable and friendly. I highly recommend!
Boiler replacement
Called in a moment of need and they were incredibly helpful. They came out on the same day to diagnose the issue. Following some consultation they then replaced the boiler to get our young family back to having heat in the house. Incredibly helpful, pleasant and could not recommend them enough.
Heating repair and boiler service
Jason is fantastic! He came to review the system and then made recommendations as to what we should do and an interim step available to fix the leak and to ensure our system conforms to new regulations. He fixed the problem and pointed out we have very high water pressure. The pressure was turned down a little to far and he was back at speed to change it for us. I would highly recommend Jason for work and will be using him to replace the boiler as soon as we can.
Replaced boiler
Having not had a new boiler fitted for a while, it was a pleasant surprise to have Jason being honest and knowledgeable about the products he recommended. Jason carried out the install on time and interacted with my children brilliantly when being asked many questions. Boiler Replacement
Merlin Gas Services replaced my boiler last summer and I will be using them for all future services and maintenance. I would highly recommend. All costs are clearly quoted and all work is explained and discussed. Very quick to reply to messages and calls with very warm and friendly service.
New boiler and new bathroom fitted
Really happy with the results , bathroom looks fantastic and we had a new boiler fitted which was also relocated from the kitchen to the garage. Merlin Gas we're very helpful and tidy and the job was done on time to a high standard. Would recommend and use again Marcus
Fixed a gas leak
We could smell gas in the kitchen and had our gas disconnected by the emergency engineer, as he found a leak in an old pipe. This was Saturday afternoon. We could not get hold of our regular guy or anybody else, so had no heating or hot water that night. We called around on Sunday morning and Jason was the only one to answer. He came within an hour and fixed everything for us within another hour. No extortionate call-out charge, just charged his time. Very courteous and efficient, explaining what he was doing all along. That's what I call amazing service!
Install new boiler
What an absolute professional and gentleman. Jason is very knowledgeable in what he does and made himself available to me any time for the many questions I had before the job started. Very quick efficient job done. Did a few extras that weren’t on the quote free of charge. Work was completed so quickly and they kept everything clean and tidy. The price was very competitive. I will be using him in the future and would 100% recommend this company. He even made follow up contact to check everything was ok and said I can still contact him any time if I have questions
